​JKM Management Services was established in 2022 and is based in Bungendore, NSW. 

​The company was born out of Kylie’s passion for helping small to medium business owners grow their companies and achieve their goals after seeing so many small businesses struggle with understanding their numbers and compliance requirements.

We service clients Australia wide and specialise in providing bookkeeping and end to end business management solutions for our clients, many of whom are tradies or Mum & Dad businesses.

KYLIE MCKAY
DIRECTOR

Kylie is a certified bookkeeper and registered BAS Agent with the Australian Tax Practitioners Board.  ​​
​She has extensive end to end business management experience that she predominantly gained during her tenure as General Manager/CFO of her family’s business.
Over the years, she has also assisted clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular expertise in Trades and Construction, her niche area.
A self-professed nerd who has a never-ending penchant for learning. Personally, Kylie is a proud mum, loves dogs and is a car enthusiast who loves a nice V8.  ​

Ella’s role is to manage and support both the company and it’s clients across operations, marketing, finance, and administrative tasks.
As a ‘systems ninja,’ she has a talent for mastering systems and processes, quickly learning the ins and outs of software and tools to uncover efficiencies and enhance business operations.
With a passion for continuous improvement, Ella is dedicated to achieving excellence in every aspect of her work, fostering growth and success.
